Daily maintenance of the ice cream machine

A. Machine Body Cleaning: Wipe the machine body with a warm towel to remove dirt, then rinse thoroughly with water to prevent electrical malfunctions.
B. Cooling Water Tank Cleaning: The refrigeration tank must be cleaned daily.
C. Condenser Cleaning: Clean the condenser every six months, preferably by a professional. Always disconnect the power before cleaning and avoid damaging the condenser fins.
D. Note: After prolonged use, the agitator drive belt may stretch and require adjustment. It is best to have it adjusted and replaced by a professional. Always disconnect the power before adjusting the belt and ensure it is properly adjusted.

1. Press the cleaning button to drain the slurry into the tank, then press the stop button.

2. Mix an appropriate amount of disinfectant with warm water and pour it into two equal buckets.

3. Press the cleaning button and agitate for about five minutes, then drain the cleaning solution.

4. Rinse with water 2-3 times, then stop.

5. Turn off the power and all components.

6. Unscrew the four screws on the side of the liquid outlet valve and remove the liquid valve assembly.

7. Remove the liquid valve handle and solid pin, handle, valve stem, and sealing ring in sequence.

8. Remove the sealing ring from the refrigeration cylinder of the mixer.

9. Clean all parts; replace any damaged parts immediately.

10. Reassemble the parts using the reverse disassembly steps.
